AARON CARITY

Aaron is a recruiting specialist at our Edina office. His professionalism and tenacity in finding the right candidate for each position,  has earned him a loyal following among his clients. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from the
University of Minnesota-Duluth. He has several years’ experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service and retail management. He manages a highly productive group of recruiting specialists, while concentrating on sourcing and placing qualified candidates for administrative, customer service, technical, manufacturing and a variety of skilled people available through THE RIGHT STAFF.  For relaxation, he competes on a national level in a professional broomball league, with matches against teams based in Las Vegas, Seattle,  Los Angeles and Chicago.

ANN YANG

Ann is a recruiting specialist in our Minneapolis-St. Paul office. She is currently attending the University of Northwestern to attain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. She is results driven when it comes to finding our candidates the right employment fit for their skills, needs and personalities. Ann’s goal is to make sure each person connects with the right position and they receive the personal attention and professional treatment they deserve.

BECCA EYKYN

Becca is a recruiting specialist and staffing manager in our Maple Grove office.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato in Textiles and Clothing with a minor in Marketing. After graduation, she moved to the Twin Cities to begin her career in Retail Management. Becca then transitioned to recruiting, specializing in placement of technical and manufacturing positions. Over the years, she has become adept for sourcing many types of skilled candidates for placement including administrative support, customer service, manufacturing, engineering and several other specialized skills. She has developed a reputation among her clients as being the go-to person for finding that “needle in a haystack” candidate.  She manages a highly productive staffing & recruiting team that has earned accolades from our clients and candidates alike.  For relaxation, Becca competes in marathons and is a dedicated physical fitness enthusiast.  This comes in handy while managing a robust, growing family.

BETH HORNER

Beth is a human resources generalist in our corporate administration office, with over 11 years of human resources administration experience. She oversees a substantial internal payroll, accounting and benefits operation that ensures our contract employees are well-taken care of. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Iowa in Social Work and Sociology. After leaving the workforce to raise a family and volunteer her time for worthy causes, she re-entered the workforce gradually by substitute teaching and then became an associate of THE RIGHT STAFF. Beth is one of the behind the scenes people that makes sure our staff, client and candidate HR needs are taken care of, so that all can focus on getting their jobs accomplished.  Outside of the office, Beth competes in marathons and is involved in a variety of fitness and family activities.

CATHERINE DUTTON

Catherine is branch manager of our Minneapolis-St. Paul office. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland European Division, Catherine returned to Minnesota to begin her career in the staffing and recruiting industry. Catherine played a key role in building and managing a successful staffing business in downtown Minneapolis, where she consulted numerous Fortune 500 clients on recruiting and outsourced staff management projects. In addition to 13 years in the staffing industry, she has owned and managed a local office services company, taken graduate courses in human resources development at the University of Minnesota, and is involved with several community and charitable organizations in the Twin Cities area.

CHRISTINE ASP

Christine AspChristine is a recruiting specialist in our Edina office. Her background is extensive in the retail, sales and customer service industries. Her problem solving and analytical skills provide the organization and detail that give our candidates the personal attention and professional treatment that they deserve. She helps candidates achieve their goals, while enhancing their skills and knowledge in their areas of expertise. She is currently attending the University of Minnesota and in her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, singing and dancing.

CORLA INSKEEP

Corla is a recruiting support specialist in the Edina office, but the title barely covers all the functions she performs. She has over twenty years of designing, developing and delivering adult educational events. She has traveled extensively throughout the US, working with large and small organizations such as: Amoco, British Airways, Cargill, the Social Security Administration in Washington D.C., the US Navy, Pizza Hut, Texaco, and Home Depot, to mention just a few. As one of the original staff  members and a consultant for THE RIGHT STAFF, Corla works closely with internal staff to continually monitor company standards for success. Corla is a public relations expert, who acts as a liaison between THE RIGHT STAFF and a wide variety of external organizations. In her spare time, she relaxes by managing her own creative consulting services business and coaches senior executives in transition.

DANA BABCOCK

Dana is a recruiting specialist in our Edina office.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Presentation College and started her career in the Training and Human Resource Department at 3M in Aberdeen, SD.  She moved to the Twin Cities to pursue a career in recruiting and started as a recruiting support specialist at THE RIGHT STAFF. She has established herself as an expert recruiter specializing in administrative support, customer service, technical, manufacturing and other hard-to-fill skill categories.  As a star athlete in college, Dana continues her competitive activities in a variety of sports events outside of the office and spending time with family.

DEANNA DORAN

DeAnna is Vice President of Administration & Controller for THE RIGHT STAFF and TRS Consulting/Executive Search, Minnesota-based professional employment services firms. She started with the company in 2004. Prior to working for THE RIGHT STAFF, DeAnna spent 10 years working in the financial, administrative and human resources industries consulting private businesses and government entities on operational procedures and business growth development.

DEE HANSON

Dee is a human resource specialist in our corporate administration office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Dakota in Psychology and Sociology. Dee began her human resources career at UND and has previously staffed for administrative and call center environments for several years. She has enjoyed the thrill of every placement and providing people with career-changing opportunities. She is an expert in the human resources field and is one of the behind the scenes people that makes sure our staff, client and candidate HR needs are taken care of. Her family and traveling are part of her enjoyment outside of the office.

GLENN CHALUPSKY

Glenn is Vice President of Sales and branch manager of our Maple Grove office.  Prior to joining THE RIGHT STAFF, he spent 10 years developing markets for both regional and national firms in the staffing and human resources services industry. He played a significant role in expanding and building market share for three national staffing companies in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Alexandria, Brainerd, and Duluth markets. He held several key positions including Branch Manager and Area Manager, and was recruited on several occasions to do expansion or “turnaround” of underperforming markets for other national staffing companies.  Glenn has over twenty years of sales and management experience in the employment services field. He is a past board member of two SHRM chapters and still actively involved in the TCHRA as a member and mentor.

GOLIA THOR

Golia is a recruiting specialist in our Minneapolis-St. Paul office. She brings to THE RIGHT STAFF several years of solid recruiting experience in the banking, mortgage, and the financial industry, along with many other in demand skill sets. She has provided training to numerous organizations to demonstrate the art of masterful interviewing and she is extremely passionate about making a positive connection with the clients and candidates she works with. Her free time is spent doing archery, camping, biking, and painting, to name only a few. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.

GWEN DIETENBERGER

Gwen is a recruiting specialist and staffing manager at our Edina office.  After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations/Marketing from Saint Cloud State University, she began her career in special events, working for the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. That experience led her to The Walt Disney Company (Radio Disney Minneapolis), where she held the position of Promotions Manager. She was responsible for hiring and overseeing a staff of 25 promotions personnel and handling all EEO requirements for the station. With this experience, she joined THE RIGHT STAFF and has become an expert recruiter for several specialized skill levels, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the following areas:

KATHRYN PETERS

Kathryn is Vice President of Operations for THE RIGHT STAFF.  Born and raised in south Minneapolis, Kathryn worked toward a degree in retail management at the Fashion Institute of America in Southfield, Michigan. After spending 10 successful years in the retail sector, she found herself recruited to assist several companies that had experienced lackluster sales and unmotivated employees. During these 7 years, she honed her management and turnaround skills, landing a branch management position with a young, local employment services firm, eventually expanding to three offices in the TC area. After the recession hit the staffing industry hard in the early 2000′s, Kathryn took a hiatus from staffing and continued to manage and sell in such industries as video/event production and college admissions. Several years later when opportunity knocked to join the management team at THE RIGHT STAFF, she welcomed the call to work with one of the best firms in the staffing industry. As Vice President of Operations, she works daily with the recruiter and sales teams as they strive to reach new heights in this ever-changing economic climate. The last few years have been the most exciting, challenging and most rewarding in her entire career!

KEASHA JOHNS

Keasha is an administrative assistant at our Edina office. Her background is extensive in the recruiting industry. Her analytical skills and attention to detail help ensure our internal processes and reporting are flawless. She supports all recruiting, sales, payroll and management activities. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University in Ohio.

KELSEY KAUFHOLD

Kelsey is a recruiting specialist at our Minneapolis-St. Paul office. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winona State University in Minnesota. She moved to the Twin Cities to pursue a career in recruiting at THE RIGHT STAFF. She has established herself as an expert in customer service and office support. As a star athlete in college, Kelsey continues her competitive activities in tennis and running. Outside of the office she enjoys doing photography and spending time with family.

KEN CHALUPSKY

Ken is a business development executive at our Minneapolis-St. Paul office. He attended St. Cloud State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in English. He has over twenty years of sales and consulting experience.  He began his career in the staffing & recruiting industry in 1999, and brought his recruiting and business development skills to THE RIGHT STAFF in 2007. He thrives learning about his clients’ businesses and goals, consulting and strategizing with them, being an active contributor to their success. His clients have come to depend on Ken for his expertise in staffing and other related topics that impact the growth of their businesses.

LAURA TODD

Laura is a recruiting specialist at our Maple Grove office.  She graduated from the St. Cloud Technical and Community College with her AAS in Business, then from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall MN with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After working in retail, she was introduced to recruiting and never looked back. She has become an expert in recruiting candidates for technical, customer service, administrative and a variety of other skilled positions.  In addition to helping her clients find the right people, Laura enjoys outdoor activities that include riding her Harley-Davdison motorcycle whenever she can.

MALORIE HAYLE

Malorie HayleMalorie is a recruiting specialist at our Maple Grove office. A goal driven professional, she has several years of experience in human resources, legal recruiting, customer service and administration within fast paced organizations. Malorie takes pride in being organized and fulfilling recruitment objectives while exceeding set standards. She enjoys building rapport with prospective candidates while utilizing a results-oriented approach. Malorie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Catherine University and a Post-Baccalaureate Degree Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. Her drive and passion for the industry give our candidates the professional attention they deserve. Malorie specializes in sourcing and placing candidates in administrative support, customer service, manufacturing and several other specialized skill categories.

MARY NELSON

Mary is a recruiting specialist at our Minneapolis-St. Paul office. After graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, she started in the customer service field and quickly moved into human resources. She has over fifteen years’ experience in the staffing and recruiting industry,   staffing for various companies throughout the Twin Cities metro area. She specializes in recruiting candidates for technical, manufacturing, administrative, customer service and several other skills.  She has also been involved in developing and managing several large volume on-premise staff management programs at three Fortune 500 companies. In her spare time, she enjoys managing an active family involved in many sports and outdoor activities.

NICOLE SCORE

Nicole ScoreNicole is a business development executive at our Edina office. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, which adds to her several years of experience in sales, customer service and management fields. Nicole is highly driven, professional, intelligent, personable and competitive. She establishes strong relationships with her clients, a talent that separates her from the competition. Her friendly, consultative and professional demeanor are part of what endears her to her clients. When she’s not working with her clients, Nicole enjoys coaching youth basketball in her spare time.

SARAH WILKERSON

Sarah is a recruiting specialist at our Maple Grove office. Her administrative background is extensive while her attention to detail makes her an expert in helping candidates through the job search process. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. During her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, while remaining active in leadership and human resource management activities.

Stephanie MattesonStephanie is a recruiting specialist in our Maple Grove office. She’s a results – driven professional with over seven years of experience within the staffing industry. Stephanie’s ability to communicate effectively, gives her the ability to learn quickly and retain information to provide the quality service our clients and candidates deserve. Stephanie’s clients want the right people, her candidates want the right job and that’s where Stephanie comes in. She enjoys developing exceptional connections and professional relationships with both candidates and clients. She wants to make sure each candidate is connected with the right position and prides herself in helping candidates achieve goals while ensuring client needs are being met.

TED CHALUPSKY

Ted is CEO and founder of THE RIGHT STAFF and TRS Consulting / Executive Search, both being Minnesota-based professional employment services firms. He started the company in June 2002, now recognized as one of the leading staffing and recruiting services in the upper Midwest. Before launching this business, he spent 16 years in the staffing services industry, consulting to several Fortune 500 companies on recruiting and workforce management strategies. He was a key senior executive, responsible for building a locally based staffing company from a few small local offices in 1985, to over 200 branch offices nationally and revenues exceeding $500 million in 1999.Prior to this, he held sales and marketing positions with IBM, Carlson Companies and Gelco Corporation (now known as GE Capital). He attended the University of Minnesota-College of Business Administration (now the Carlson School of Business) majoring in marketing and finance.

Ted regularly appears as an on-air consultant for KARE 11 television, the NBC network affiliate in Minneapolis-St. Paul, focusing on labor market trends and job search advice.

YEWAH KARGOBAI

Yewah is a recruiting specialist at our Minneapolis-St. Paul branch. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Business Management. She landed a job in recruiting right out of college and has pursued this line of work with passion. One of her goals at THE RIGHT STAFF is to accurately match the needs of the client with the needs and desires of the candidate. In her spare time she enjoys reading, bike riding, karaoke and being with family and friends.
