"How do I go about applying for a position through THE RIGHT STAFF?"

For your convenience, you can start the application process online by clicking the On-Line Application icon located on each page of this website. After you've submitted the Online Application, we'll contact you to set a face-to-face interview with you at our office, to review your application and conduct additional testing or paperwork as needed to complete the process. Or, you can call us at 952.546.1100 or 1.866.845.2935 to schedule an appointment to apply and interview at the same time. In either case, your time commitment will range from one to two hours, total. Once you've completed this process, you'll meet with the Staffing Consultant who will work with you to find the right position that best meets your needs.

"If I choose to work on a project or project-to-hire basis, how does the payroll process work?"

During your initial interview, you will be instructed on how to fill-out your timecard, for submission to our payroll department on a weekly basis. Timecards are due by noon on the Monday following the week you worked. You can choose to have your check mailed to your home, or you can sign-up for direct deposit through our payroll department. Should you have more questions, please speak with your Staffing Consultant.
