"How do I apply for a position through THE RIGHT STAFF?"

"What happens after I submit my application to THE RIGHT STAFF?"

After you submit your online application, your work history and skill sets are reviewed by one of our Recruiting Associates. If your work history and skills is a good match for our clients, one of our Recruiting Associates will contact you within two business days.

"When THE RIGHT STAFF contacts me, what can I expect?"

First, the Recruiting Associate will briefly review your work history and skill sets. Next, arrangements are made for you to interview at one of THE RIGHT STAFF office locations.

"How do I prepare for an interview at THE RIGHT STAFF?"

First, verify the location, date, and time of your interview. In most cases, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your appointment. We strongly suggest you view this appointment in a professional manner. Be on time. Bring your resume, three professional references, and documentation for your I-9. Dress in a manner and style appropriate to the position you are seeking.

"What can I expect during the application and interview process at THE RIGHT STAFF?"

The process includes completing necessary paperwork and skills evaluations appropriate to the position you are applying for. You will meet with a Recruiting Associate for a professional interview. The results of your skills evaluations will
be discussed. The interview is your opportunity to explain your career goals. Our Recruiting Associate will explain positions that are a good match for you. The application and interview process requires a time commitment range of one or
two hours.

"If I choose to work on a project or project-to-hire basis, how does the payroll process work?"

During your initial interview, you will be instructed on how to fill-out your timecard. Timecards are submitted on a weekly basis and due by noon on Monday. Payday
is the Friday following the week you worked. You can choose to have your check mailed to your home, or you can sign-up for direct deposit. To download a timecard or direct deposit form, go to "Current Employees" and click on the appropriate form.

"Will I need references if I apply for a position through THE RIGHT STAFF?"

Yes. We will ask for your references during your interview at THE RIGHT STAFF. We suggest you keep your references separate from your resume. Your contact information should be at the top of the page. This way, the references will always be associated with your resume. THE RIGHT STAFF requires three professional references. A professional reference is a current or former Supervisor, Manager or Team Leader. In addition to the name, please provide a current phone number or email address. It is beneficial to state the individual's position and company. Always ask permission to use a person's name.

"Does THE RIGHT STAFF offer a benefits package for its contingent staff employees?"

THE RIGHT STAFF offers various benefits. Our benefits include: Holiday Pay, Employee Savings Plan, Scholarship, as well as bonus options. Your Recruiting Associate will inform you of current benefits at the time of your placement.
