How We Find The Right People

The Consultation: After a resume review, we will ask preliminary questions to determine which assessments the candidate needs to take.

The Interview: We meet all candidates in person, to help us better assess their work personalities as well as their skill sets.

The Paperwork: We require all candidates to complete our new hire forms, including drug screen and background check consent forms, and present acceptable hiring documents.

The Reference Check: A candidate is not considered available for employment until a minimum of two professional references are contacted.

Orientation: Prior to presenting our candidate to your organization, the candidate receives a customized orientation. This includes, but is not limited to: dress codes, safety rules, and other information specific to your needs.

Follow Up: THE RIGHT STAFF conducts a first-day check with the immediate supervisor. After the first-day check, we conduct follow-up checks based on the supervisor’s needs and preferences.

Rest assured that our candidates must meet the highest standards. We only accept candidates that we would hire ourselves.
