SCREENING
All candidates are required to submit an electronic resume. Many candidates
apply directly through
our web site. Resumes are also accepted
by e-mail to a
branch office.
When a resume is submitted, a Recruiting Associate reviews the candidate's resume. After the resume review, the candidate is contacted to discuss the work history and skill sets. If the candidate has a skill set for positions we offer, an interview appointment is scheduled at one of our branch locations.
At THE RIGHT STAFF, the candidate screening process includes completion of forms including drug screen and background consent forms, skill based evaluations, and a professional interview.
The purpose of the interview is to exchange relevant information to determine the best opportunity for the candidate and our clients. During the interview, references are verified, THE RIGHT STAFF Employee Handbook is reviewed, and the candidate is informed of policies and procedures necessary for employment with THE RIGHT STAFF. A candidate is not considered available for employment until minimums of two professional references are contacted.
Client Assignment
Prior to presenting our candidate to your organization, the candidate receives a customized orientation. This includes, but is not limited
to: dress codes, safety rules, and other information specific to your needs. Our entire team works to provide an efficient and effective
solution for you!
Placement Follow-Up
THE RIGHT STAFF conducts a first-day check with the immediate supervisor. After the first-day check, we conduct follow-up
checks based on the supervisor's needs and preferences.
